Pros

This is a great position to learn to teach marine science in the Florida Keys and make life long friends in the fields of science and education.

Employees should be prepared to work in the Florida heat.

Pros

The scenery and experiences you get

Cons

-lack of communication prior to internship arrival -treat staff like slaves- $200 a week to work 80 plus hours and not be allowed to leave the camp -will fire you for no reason or evidence -will throw you on the street with no car and no where to go if you dont fall in line or if you don’t look or act a certain way -horrible food -they make you do all the needed labor- painting, waxing floors, building beds- not the internship I signed up for -used improper abs outdated CPR training I could go on but you get the idea
