Sealed gives a great opportunity to work at a growing company in the climate-tech space. They are impacting real customers, but in the early days of a much bigger opportunity. The company is dynamic and moving quickly, and is small enough that everyone can feel how the work they do contributes to the company and to our climate goals.

As demonstrated in other comments, 2023 was a challenging year and some of those pains are still felt, even though the company has now pivoted to an exciting new business. There also isn't a ton of big-company structure, but that can be a positive for people who thrive in start-up environments.

Work from home and management did not micro manage.

The product seemed dishonest because of the hidden costs.
