I've worked at Seamless since 2017 and have experienced working with the most intelligent, driven, kind and respectful people. Seamless operates in a "flat" organization style. Our managers trust their teams to make decisions and give suggestions on process and product delivery. We have some of the goofiest people on this team and everyone is always willing to help. I've made some life long friends at the company. I am confident my manager and team will always have my back if I need them. Over the last year, the company has grown even more and it's been amazing seeing the company grow from 20 to 42 people in just over a year.
Cons
If you don't like change or rapid growth, this company might not be for you. There is structure, but structures can change based on the needs of the growing business. There are also periods of intense work due to client demands and growth, which we are trying to address with more hiring.
