      Pros

      You will be surrounded by smart people, with a fun and respectful culture. The management is extremely supportive and helpful. I have been constantly learning, improving and growing. Flexible work hours and vacations. Extremely fun socials! True meaning of team work. A team effort is always at place for you to learn, succeed and grow! It is always fun, positive and cultivating environment! Love love love working here!

      - Extremely mission driven company, with a focus on outcomes - Working with hospitals and surgeons is exhilarating - CEO and CTO show great leadership - Fair pay, fun work environment even while remote - Flexible work environment; push for people to take PTO

      Cons

      - Young leadership in other areas of the company that seem to have issues with each other (but addressing it) - Startup pains: wear multiple hats and try to navigate in unclear territory - WFH life is good, but lots of late messages that feel they need to be replied to - Room for progression isn't always clear - even with rubrics and guidelines, the reviews seem to be based on feeling more than numbers

      Pros

      I've worked at Seamless since 2017 and have experienced working with the most intelligent, driven, kind and respectful people. Seamless operates in a "flat" organization style. Our managers trust their teams to make decisions and give suggestions on process and product delivery. We have some of the goofiest people on this team and everyone is always willing to help. I've made some life long friends at the company. I am confident my manager and team will always have my back if I need them. Over the last year, the company has grown even more and it's been amazing seeing the company grow from 20 to 42 people in just over a year.

      Cons

      If you don't like change or rapid growth, this company might not be for you. There is structure, but structures can change based on the needs of the growing business. There are also periods of intense work due to client demands and growth, which we are trying to address with more hiring.
