- Extremely mission driven company, with a focus on outcomes - Working with hospitals and surgeons is exhilarating - CEO and CTO show great leadership - Fair pay, fun work environment even while remote - Flexible work environment; push for people to take PTO
Cons
- Young leadership in other areas of the company that seem to have issues with each other (but addressing it) - Startup pains: wear multiple hats and try to navigate in unclear territory - WFH life is good, but lots of late messages that feel they need to be replied to - Room for progression isn't always clear - even with rubrics and guidelines, the reviews seem to be based on feeling more than numbers
