I love some of my teammates like family Retreats can be fun
Cons
Tech team & CTO are very difficult to work with (generally arrogant and condescending). No one dares to ask for tech assistance so things are not optimized. Cliquey with groups of “cool” and “not cool”, feels like I’m back in high school. Company is struggling, we’ve had a couple of rounds of layoffs.
