      Flexible hours Decent Pay Some fun travel

      CTO/Co-founder has no business working in a leadership capacity with any other human being. I received aggressive/angry messages at all hours of the day (including weekends), I was belittled and talked down to constantly.

      I love some of my teammates like family Retreats can be fun

      Cons

      Tech team & CTO are very difficult to work with (generally arrogant and condescending). No one dares to ask for tech assistance so things are not optimized. Cliquey with groups of “cool” and “not cool”, feels like I’m back in high school. Company is struggling, we’ve had a couple of rounds of layoffs.

      The concept of Season Health is great and some of the people are lovely to work with…

      Cons

      The actual execution of the company is poor. Take note of the other comments about the CTO, he is horrible to work with, super condescending and lacks basic human decency. He is no “leader”, shame he’s a cofounder.
