      Four-day week is largely upheld

      Cons

      The CEO was far too involved on a micro level in everything and also needed to learn how to stick to a pre-agreed plan rather than pivoting every few days. It made it impossible to actually execute a strategy in a sensible way and instead had all teams chasing their tails and dropping things at a moment's notice.

      - Amazing work/life balance - Innovative - A dedicated leadership team who lead the way and set a great culture of transparency, fairness, autonomy, and balance - Everyone is trusted to get stuff done - Exciting roadmap - Mostly WFH It's a start up, so if you enjoy that kind of pace and fluidity then it's awesome.

      Exceptional hiring and onboarding process, good benefits, mostly nice team

      Cons

      Extremely unclear workload paired with a blame culture leaves a bad taste in the mouth – and everyone seems to spend more time on Slack than actually working. No support from day 1. Didn't end well.
