      Pros

      The best part about Seccl is the people. Everyone is so friendly, hardworking, and genuinely enjoys being part of one big team. It was the main reason I joined, as I could sense the strong sense of togetherness even from the interview stage. It’s an amazing place to work.

      Nothing notable. Still very happy working here.

      Pros

      The people at Seccl are some of the best and most talented people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. There's a real and genuine focus on employee well being. Great flexible working patterns. Some extremely talented engineers. Leadership actively changing things.

      Cons

      Lack of meaningful work on some teams. Confrontational attitude from longer serving staff when bringing new ideas to the fold. Some of the more talented people in the room are often ignored and overlooked. Short term fixes favoured over long term stability. Very poor engineer/developer coding experience.
