Hi, Thanks so very very much for such a comprehensive review. So much of what you say is absolutely right. I would love to know more about your views on transparency in appraisals. All appraisal information is made available to each Semsite, after the process is over. The manager's detailed feedback, the reviewing manager's summary, if there are changes in peer review, then those too. I firmly believe that we need people to work together in the same time and place so we can all learn from each other, at the same time we need to balance the needs to individuals and their life outside of work.
