Nothing in specific. Old school type work culture. Hierarchy is given importance. More like government office culture
Cons
Too many. Salary comes late which is irritating. Work culture really sucks. Managers mostly come from mediocre companies and the politics they have created makes it difficult to work here especially if you come from good companies with good work culture.
