Health insurance is a plus. but only for 4 members max.
Cons
Late salary credit. Extended work hours. Random calls at random times without intimation. the list goes on. Managers and top management positions are filled by internal reference mostly by the HR team for the reference money. Incase you raise complaint against any manager, the hr will intimate that same manager you complained about and together they will end your happiness. hr team members come from small companies and they have poisoned the work culture here. most managers here come from small or medium size companies. some cant even speak proper english. if you are ok with just getting salary (even if it comes late) then think of working here. If you are looking for good work environment, standard managers or knowledgeable teams from top companies, this is not the place. people come from companies like matrimony sites, justdial sulekha etc. and the work standard is too low. if you are ok with this try this company.
