Amazing feeling when you protect others lives and property. Great teamwork across all three centers. Opportunity to move up. Positive environment and encouragement to meet company goals. Incentives . Overtime available. Very important role and job to have. One on one mentor training for a more direct learning experience.

Team members have mentioned being oncall is a con. This does vary depending on staff calling in. Security partners looks for volunteers for those who want extra money before calling in oncalls. One day a month is good but at times we have to assign two times a month.
