Pros
Some employees are great Guaranteed (required, coerced, forced) overtime
Cons
The owner is a creepy, old, out-of-touch white dude who only really cares about himself. The number of times I have/witnessed other people being yelled at by him or his wife during an alarm call is unbelievably high. Forced overtime. Lousy pay for a job you are required to hand all of your time to. Crazy amount of office drama. Did I mention that being on call on your days off is required and they can make you come in for a 12 hour shift suddenly?
