Pros

There is only one… the everyday people that work here… they are really the only reason that I’ve stuck around for so long even though it’s apparent that the owner, board, and CEO don’t care.

Cons

1) The current CEO has no business background and if you see his decisions it makes sense … if you dig deeper… yes he has started companies… how have the ended up? 2) They will underpay you and insult you when you attempt to get market value for your role… it is only when you leave that they will attempt to actually reallocate for your role. 3) All hands, we are NOT a religious company, if we are please let your members know… CEO please stop bringing Christianity to work… 4) This company would rather pay overpriced consultants who have multiple engagements rather than the people “in-house” who can get the job done but refuse to do so leading to problems not fully solved/ completed…. Maybe hire a consultant to help with these reviews? 5) Have had 2 rounds of Layoffs… in the first one they reported to everyone that that would be the last of layoffs… it was not… 6) The tech team is bleeding in talent but they are bringing on relatives of employee to replace the Allstars leaving. 7) Execs are not transparent(like the reviews below mentioned) they will say one thing one day and one another. They lock themselves once a week in a meeting where nothing is resolved and they all come out with different answer. (Ps it’s not a good look having lunch catered when the company is have cash flow problems)

Little to strategy at the SLT level. Plenty of meetings nothing that came out
