      Pros

      - There are a few fabulous leaders who really care about their teams especially in Eng, Sales and Finance - middle management overall is great - Fun environment where you can really have an impact - love working with vast majority of people - Dynamic & fast paced where you can learn a lot

      Cons

      - Some issues with leadership trying to boil the ocean, with little to no focus (everything urgent and important) - Some of the c-level are very emotional with big egos which can create unnecessary drama

      Pros

      Some really good people work here and the CEO is a nice guy. Remote work and flexibility.

      Cons

      Sedna preaches culture and the importance of it. This company chocolate coats it's true self but once you bite into that's when the disappointment sets in. They are what I would consider chocolate covered brussels sprouts. Sweet looking but at heart composed of smelly cabbage. Sales organization lacks direction and good leadership. Micro management and toxic sales environment. Very little room for career development and growth.
