      Really great vision and strategy from Exec team You're working with the best of the best Culture is hardworking, and the people want to be successful.

      Cons

      The last couple of years the company has changed significantly, for the better, but of course along the journey there are learnings. I think the company has shown progress and learning wherever possible.

      - Leadership and management are fully engaged and execution focused, in the details and operationally very supportive - Treated like an adult human, not a worker drone - The work is deeply rewarding, you see real impact and hear feedback often - The culture and focus on values alignment - I genuinely look forward to getting stuck in to work projects and solving problems

      - Scale-up environment is not for everyone

      Pros

      - There are a few fabulous leaders who really care about their teams especially in Eng, Sales and Finance - middle management overall is great - Fun environment where you can really have an impact - love working with vast majority of people - Dynamic & fast paced where you can learn a lot

      Cons

      - Some issues with leadership trying to boil the ocean, with little to no focus (everything urgent and important) - Some of the c-level are very emotional with big egos which can create unnecessary drama
