Can be tedious at times

The service providers you work with are usually all amazing and kind. Beautiful place to work. Discount on amazing products and services (if you make good friends with a providers) I did really love my job.

Reception is in charge of everything. There is a high turnover with no coverage if you are sick you have to show up. Hours are okay but pay is terrible for all the stress and extra work. No overtime. Two receptionists at all times and it’s not enough to do everything you need to do in just one day. Some providers act rude to reception staff due to seniority and the management accepts it since they bring in the most $$$. Receptionists are very underpaid and under appreciated. You will do more cleaning than actual desk work. You have to fight if you want a raise and they will mostly say no ever after years of loyalty. Even with a license there is no room to grow. Management has favorites and they will stab you in the back if you disagree. Everyone is replaceable. Toxic mentality among everyone, that’s what they bond over. Spa makes no money I wouldn’t be surprised if it closed after a couple more years.
