The floor supervision is of great quality for the dye house side and really care about your concerns. The funding spent on maintenance is absolutely horrible. There are tarps and plastic all throughout the plant I worked at due to ceiling leaks. They also run on natural gas which becomes problematic in cold weather because of the gas company restricting the DT's the company is allowed to use. Because of the aforementioned gas problem there is not a good possibility of normal hours in cold weather. VAP tries to run too much fabric for the amount of machines they have and the nitting department has been working 6-7 days per week for over five months.
