CEO tries to micromanage everyone in every department which pulls his time away from the important things
--Expectations are based on EU market success which is not possible in the US.
--No real training, you get thrown right in and are expected to succeed
--Tech stack is terrible. They share passwords so they dont have to spend money on multiple users.
--Product is very misleading and not truly Seiza's own product. It's held together by faith lol. Really hard to sell this product in the US since there is no real success to talk to.
