Young company, fully remote in the US, decent health insurance

Cons

CEO tries to micromanage everyone in every department which pulls his time away from the important things --Expectations are based on EU market success which is not possible in the US. --No real training, you get thrown right in and are expected to succeed --Tech stack is terrible. They share passwords so they dont have to spend money on multiple users. --Product is very misleading and not truly Seiza's own product. It's held together by faith lol. Really hard to sell this product in the US since there is no real success to talk to.

Une entreprise qui sait ce qu'elle veut composée de personnes qui savent ce qu'elles veulent. Le niveau d'exigence est élevé mais permet à ceux qui en ont l'envie de pleinement se développer. De très grands progrès ont été réalisés sur de nombreux aspects ces 24 derniers mois, tant sur les avantages salariaux (33 jours de congés, salle de sport, financement mobilité verte) que sur le business model de l'entreprise. En résumé, un lieu stimulant intellectuellement avec des collègues sympathiques et un management soucieux d'aligner le développement de l'entreprise avec celui des salariés .

Cons

Rien à redire, c'est une boite pour les gens prêts à se relever les manches pour progresser. Et ça fait du bien !
