      You'll feel better about yourself once you see how managment moves through life

      Cons

      Please take this serious. This is not a stable job and its rampant in shady business practices. The products are changing constantly as well as pricing. Multiple reps have disputed comissions, there are periods with payment delays. Managment, including the owner, is incredibly inappropriate toward women. They play favorites, I've seen reps get fired same day the rep closes a sale and then the sale gets fed to management's personal friend. Nothing is stable here. A revolving door, where they cant even pay holidays off.

      My skill set is valued, were viewed as a person not just a number on a list. Great atmosphere & wonderful management to help you grow within your position & move into a higher level within the company!

      Pros

      Good work hours. Work hard, play hard mentality. Growing fast, so opportunities are available to grow into. In the beginning, you have to put in the work and book meetings (standard sales), then you get booked meetings on your calendar. Managers are good and reasonable. Overall I would recommend.

      Cons

      No health insurance/401K etc. Also, because of the fast paced growth, there are changes that happen, but to grow, you have to change, so I wouldn't make this a negative thing.
