Cons
You go into this company believing it be a great career opportunity. This is only half of the mistake you make by choosing this employment, the other half is believing CEO Jason Bortz to be a good and honest business owner. First, you get all the encouragement and educational materials you need to start off being a great employee. Next is when it all goes down the drain. Once Jason gets comfortable and gets to know you is when it all starts. He makes severely inappropriate jokes for the company owner to be making to his employees. These jokes consist of taking trips to a gentleman's club for birthdays, hiring "young and hot" employees to motivate the current male employees he has. He then starts making jokes to other employees and business owners about advancing his employees money on their checks and WITHOUT THEIR UPFRONT KNOWLDEGE charging them in the range of 40% on their next check. The Sneaky moves only get worse. Jason texts people on a personal level trying to get involved in their lives with their spouses if he finds them to be young and attractive in anyway. This guy has no business running a company in this manner. steer clear if you want to walk out with any self worth. Jason does not care if you have a family at home. he expects you to put his company before anything else and then underpays you for it anyway.
