      Pros

      If you like to smoke weed many of the employees do so during breaks. Some drink instead. I have even seen one woman come to work drunk repeatedly.

      Cons

      If you are one minute late they will cut your pay. Seriously, one minute. There are no personal, sick or vacation days here. No insurance available to employees. You only get paid for about 36hrs a week. Many of the business practices are questionable at best.

      My skill set is valued, were viewed as a person not just a number on a list. Great atmosphere & wonderful management to help you grow within your position & move into a higher level within the company!

      Pros

      Good work hours. Work hard, play hard mentality. Growing fast, so opportunities are available to grow into. In the beginning, you have to put in the work and book meetings (standard sales), then you get booked meetings on your calendar. Managers are good and reasonable. Overall I would recommend.

      Cons

      No health insurance/401K etc. Also, because of the fast paced growth, there are changes that happen, but to grow, you have to change, so I wouldn't make this a negative thing.
