Pros

The make you welcome, staff great, good products in main. Free coffee & fruit.

Cons

Below average wages even for Lincolnshire, Below average pay rises if any. Reason they can't find/retain good staff? Management talks a good game and even believes what they say. Long hours expected, unpaid overtime, outdated code, outsourcing development to India. Hence the panic to spend 60hr+ weeks repairing code. Junior management play favorites if you in the clique you are OK, if not watch your back. Ageist culture, over 40's tolerated at best. High staff turnover.

Hi there. We're so sorry you feel this way. We're always ready to listen so if you wanted to come and say hi and we can talk through these points. We certainly can't claim to get it right all the time but we are eager to provide the very best environment for our colleagues to do their thing. The annual "company kickoff" meeting is the one opportunity we get to bring all the teams together to thank them for their amazing output. Poor salary No room for development Training is none existent after the first 2 weeks. Micro managed 24/7 Managers have ideas in their heads and go with it no matter what opinion you share. Lack of staff in key areas
