      The people are nice, benefits are great

      Cons

      There's no flexibility to work from home, you must be at your desk your whole work day even if you have nothing to do. There's an old school attendance policy and you are called out if you're late. If you start working there and decide it's not for you, give your two weeks notice on the day before you start your next job so you don't miss that two weeks of pay.

      Great community with an extremely welcoming exec team. You'll gain hands on experience in all facets of commercial real estate (leasing, accounting, investments, property management). Seasoned firm with loyal tenants and a strong presence in the Atlanta skyline.
