Some great people, but the atmosphere is horrible.

Family run business with excellent benefits and many long-tenure employees.

Cons

SO MUCH office gossip and tensions. Very pretentious upper management who doesn't value employee dedication. Old school tardiness policy that is more like a high school than a workplace. You get called out in front of everyone if you're more than 5 minutes late.

The people are nice, benefits are great

Cons

There's no flexibility to work from home, you must be at your desk your whole work day even if you have nothing to do. There's an old school attendance policy and you are called out if you're late. If you start working there and decide it's not for you, give your two weeks notice on the day before you start your next job so you don't miss that two weeks of pay.
