Pros

• Supportive environment. • Very good fun – Annual Team Building event/Christmas party are brilliant • Always encourage progression of employees • Hard work is recognised and appreciated • Take a flexible approach to work and people’s circumstance • Free fruit, tea, coffee and bread! Have a lot of professional accreditations about the way we practice recruitment (meeting industry standards etc) and the culture/environment for employees which highlights the focus on both the internal and external image of the company.

Cons

Naturally with it being a recruitment firm, there is a work hard ethos and long hours, however I don't think this would be different to any other agencies.

Pros

I had the pleasure of spending four fantastic years at Sellick Partnership, working as a Recruitment Consultant within their Public Sector Legal division. I only left to take an extended break for travel – otherwise, I would have happily continued my journey there. Sellick Partnership stands out as the most supportive and well-structured company I’ve worked for. From day one, the training, mentorship, and overall development framework are both realistic and genuinely nurturing – perfect for anyone looking to grow and thrive in the recruitment industry. There’s a clear and achievable progression path, with genuine opportunities to rise from Resourcing Consultant right through to Director level for those who are committed and take on board the training and guidance offered. The team culture is another standout aspect – collaborative, experienced, and always willing to support one another. Whether you're just starting out or aiming to take your career to the next level, you're surrounded by people who want to see you succeed. On top of that, the earning potential is excellent. The commission structure is competitive, uncapped, and paired with a solid base salary – giving driven consultants every opportunity to achieve strong financial rewards. Sellick Partnership is a place where hard work is recognised, development is encouraged, and success is absolutely within reach.
