Pros

Sendle is proud to say that champs get to work from home. You get to work with actually nice colleagues.

Cons

You will always be expected to perform beyond and assign you more and more tasks but has no incentives. We are less likely to receive a yearly raise despite doing our job and passing metrics. It is hard to get our vacation leaves approved due to the very small amount of allowed employees to take a leave per day. And there is little to no opportunities for career and financial growth.

Remote work with asynchronous teams on great equipment with a nice allowance to upgrade the home office at hiring time.

Nothing really. Everything went smooth.
