Pros
Once you step foot in the door you can feel how awesome the culture is. I am excited to come to work and truly enjoy being here. The management team here truly does have an open door policy and I am comfortable expressing any questions or concerns. You can actually understand the comp plan on your own without needing a lawyer. Truly can set goals and meet them here. There are no unsold dreams. This place is such a breath of fresh air and I cant wait to continue to grow with them.
Cons
It sales so there are ups and downs, but that is part of the job not necessarily the company.
