Great place to learn sales and a good culture

Fun work environment, great training

Cons

to really make money you have to work at least 50 hours a week, they call the leads warm, but it is cold calling. It’s a tough industry as most leads are “shared” you will have 10-20 other agents (from different companies) calling at the same time or before you.

Pros

Once you step foot in the door you can feel how awesome the culture is. I am excited to come to work and truly enjoy being here. The management team here truly does have an open door policy and I am comfortable expressing any questions or concerns. You can actually understand the comp plan on your own without needing a lawyer. Truly can set goals and meet them here. There are no unsold dreams. This place is such a breath of fresh air and I cant wait to continue to grow with them.

Cons

It sales so there are ups and downs, but that is part of the job not necessarily the company.
