Pros

A dynamic and vibrant company culture driven by a bold mission to disrupt an entire industry. The team embraces innovation wholeheartedly, demonstrating a willingness to rethink and reshape everything they know about the business to achieve their vision.

Cons

This organization faces significant challenges due to a deeply political culture marked by inefficiencies, favoritism, and a reliance on personal relationships. Transparency is sorely lacking, and the leadership demonstrates a strikingly low level of technological proficiency. Many in leadership roles lack basic coding knowledge or an understanding of how a tech organization should operate, leading to questionable and often toxic technical and product leadership. The promoted culture exacerbates these issues, hindering innovation and growth. The current product reflects these shortcomings—it's rarely utilized by the business and is devoid of scalability. Overall, the environment raises serious concerns for anyone seeking a strong, tech-driven workplace.

Pros

Teams are generally quite collaborative. There are some great leaders in there, that really invest in you. There is room for growth and some big clients that really create an impactful portfolio. Good bonus policy.

Cons

It's often too much work for a person to manage in a day and it gets worse when anyone takes a holiday and the work has to fall on your lap (with a backup system that is not properly setup either). Salary is below the average for the same role in other companies, especially this size. It eventually becomes evident you could have a more balanced workload for a higher pay somewhere else.
