Pros

The technology is captivating and revolutionary. Can have many practical uses. No prospecting or hunting.

Cons

The GTM team doesn’t know how to sell it properly. And having 3 sales VPs in 18 months is indicative of this. No need to prospect because TAM is hyper limited and niche. Not a true hybrid environment

Pros

- Genuinely meaningful mission, helping home care agencies serve aging adults better; easy to stay motivated when the work matters - High ownership from day one, - Smart, passionate leadership, founders who deeply understand the space and care about getting it right - Fast-moving environment, decisions happen quickly; if you bring ideas with data, they get heard - Strong product-market fit, selling into a real pain point with technology that actually works; prospects get it - Collaborative cross-functional culture, CS, RevOps, and Marketing genuinely work with sales, not around it - Category-defining moment, AI in home care is early; you're building something that doesn't have a template yet

Cons

- Not for everyone (Fast path, high pressure)

Pros

Sensi is solving a real problem in senior care — the technology actually works and makes a difference in people's lives. The team is smart, passionate, and moves fast. Leadership is accessible and genuinely open to feedback. There's a lot of ownership and autonomy, which is great if you're someone who likes to build.

Cons

Early-stage company means you wear a lot of hats and processes are still being built out. Not for someone who needs a lot of structure handed to them — you have to be comfortable figuring things out as you go.
