Pros

I have been with the company for over 2.5 years. I am surrounded by experienced and hard working people that I have learned and grown from in my young career in. Like any start up, any and all roles at the company required hard work, relentless hustle, and being creative and collaborative to overcome obstacles. It's an incredibly noisy market but the technology and more importantly, the people that have bought into the mission makes this an incredible place to be at.

Cons

Being that we are one of the late entrants into the endpoint space, we are trying different things from marketing, sales, support, and all areas of the business. Sometimes they are a miss but we are getting there.

Pros

Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

Cons

CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
