SentinelOne has great technology and some exceptional sales people. Our marketing and product management teams are the best in the business.
Cons
Members of the C-suite are putting our future growth at risk. The CRO never learned our business, and as a result, implements strategies that are misaligned with the needs and demands of customers/prospects and the market. He has created a culture of protecting his friends while alienating the producers in our sales org. We have significantly over-hired in all the wrong areas (HR/channel) while saddling our sales team with more of the burden. Wasteful spending in these areas must be delaying our goals for future profitability and are likely negatively impacting our share price. Recent departures of key executives in our C-suite are further exacerbating the problem.
