      Pros

      Working at S1 in the Czech Republic is a great experience. The culture here is friendly, supportive, and full of hardworking people who care about their work. People are engaged and motivated, which makes the atmosphere very positive. Local leadership team is excellent – they are open, transparent, and always willing to listen. There is a lot of teamwork, and people help each other. It is a pleasure to work in such an environment, where you feel valued and can grow both professionally and personally. If you are looking for a company with great people, great leadership, and a good atmosphere, this is the right place!

      Cons

      The company wants to operate as an enterprise, but in many ways, it still feels like a startup. Processes are not always clear and things change last minute and very often. Sometimes, it feels like we're stuck somewhere in between.

      Pros

      Cyber is a relevant and hot area right now. The tech has some solid differentiators but most of it is hype

      Cons

      CEO is nowhere to be seen. Seems to dislike public appearances. Many other executive C levels that have been here since the IPO don’t seem to work. HR is dysfunctional. It’s the only part of the company that seemingly gets any investment. Company loves to announce products but seemingly can’t release them on time or without extensive issues. Reps spend months on selling only to lose due to product deficiencies. There seems to be an appetite to buy companies and then let them die.
