      Pros

      Pays better than competitors but be aware, may be let go before 3 month probabtion for no reason - I only completed onboarding and training, was not offered another role. Company is also very disorganized and backlogged so be ready to jump into a fire.

      Cons

      Be diligent before choosing this company. Benefits weren't great.

      Pay is good at the start New benefits are better then before They hire internally if you want to evolve in the company

      Cons

      Raises are hard to get as they ask for actual proof of why you should get one but don’t mention it before the review Management is super busy and don’t have time to help or answer questions Turnover is high Coworkers can be un useful A lot of work
