There are some genuinely nice people that work there
Cons
-employees are miserable and do not collaborate with colleagues at all -it’s a very punitive environment instead of working together to solve problems managers are quick to lay blame on their co workers -in the 4 months I was there 6 people from various departments that had been there less than year had quit because this is such a negative environment -everyone is so miserable, cameras are never on even for 1;1 meetings, nobody makes an effort to build relationships with each other.
