Like many other roles, I understand the nonstandard insurance space can be challenging at times, from challenging conversations to claims workloads. If you’re experiencing challenges, including work/life balance, please talk with your manager or HR representative. Although claims have fluctuated recently due to shifting pandemic mandates and protocols, we’re actively working to stabilize our workloads and want to ensure you have the support you need. In regards to diversity, we recognize now more than ever that diversity is something we need to actively strive for. on call sucks so bad, more flexible work from home schedule would be nice
