      The best and potentially the only thing good about Seroyal are the friendships you make.

      Cons

      Seroyal pays employees so low compared to companies with a similar role, and good luck moving up - there is absolutely no room to grow in majority of the departments.

      Pros

      Employees at Seroyal are generally passionate about health and wellness, and the company makes great products. Staff is very knowledgeable and eager to learn.

      Cons

      Leadership is not that involved and as others have mentioned, there is no career path. Company doesn't seem interested in personal growth or supporting employees in development. As an employer, they have over promised and under delivered.
