      Cant think of anything positive to say, don't apply for work unless you have NO CHOICE

      Cons

      Inexperienced and aggrasive managers They try to emotionally abuse people They expect too much for too little pay High turnover rates Unhappy people with low morale So many issues and hush-hush meetings

      Pros

      Employees at Seroyal are generally passionate about health and wellness, and the company makes great products. Staff is very knowledgeable and eager to learn.

      Cons

      Leadership is not that involved and as others have mentioned, there is no career path. Company doesn't seem interested in personal growth or supporting employees in development. As an employer, they have over promised and under delivered.
