      Pros

      Employees at Seroyal are generally passionate about health and wellness, and the company makes great products. Staff is very knowledgeable and eager to learn.

      Cons

      Leadership is not that involved and as others have mentioned, there is no career path. Company doesn't seem interested in personal growth or supporting employees in development. As an employer, they have over promised and under delivered.

      Pros

      Great team atmosphere with many learning opportunities Transparent culture that fosters both personal and professional growth Industry leading product formulations built on a foundation of quality and integrity Down to earth and approachable management team

      Cons

      Not any really good lunch spots within a walking distance of the office, all require getting in a car and driving. Shame!!!!!!!!
