      Pros

      Great people work there and it feels like a family. Paid for overtime. Good end of year bonuses and yearly raises.

      Cons

      No standard ways to design, everyone does it differently. Do not get huge raise bump. Overtime goes away after five years.

      Pros

      -Small office and work environment. -Strong mentorship internally with experienced engineers. -You get to work on some of the biggest and most interesting projects in the country. -Site work (pro for some people including myself).

      Cons

      -Only one office, so you have to be in or near NYC. -The onboarding process is non-existent, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
