Pros
Shasha Bread has some good successful product - cookies. It's a family oriented business. You can have some learning opportunities. Good for someone who wants to gain experience in consumer product industry. Salary is a little below the average; however, it could be negotiable close to the average. HR is very nice. Staff is friendly and helps each other.
Cons
A few managers have stayed with the company for many years, However, the mid-level and new employees are not too happy and do not stay with the company for too long. Management threatens to terminate staff, yells at staff unfairly and requests staff to document daily work. The company targets a niche market and lacks of new good products so it does not have any new job openings or any career advancement opportunity.
