Pros
PTO accumulates pretty quickly and you can take multiple paid vacations a year. You learn valuable skills that you can use to further your career here or anywhere else. Everything is taught to you, you don’t need a degree to get a high level management job.
Cons
They don’t really take care of the team. The company motto “Stand For Something Good” is a total joke when racism, sexism, and homophobic behaviors can get swept under the rug. They don’t even give their team free food like other restaurants do. They claim to care about diversity but it’s all an act and I have seen little effort from the white people in charge to actually care about the change and reforms to the company they say they want to make.
