Pros
Smart and innovative researchers work here. Lots of hard-working wonderful colleagues at Scientist, Associate Scientist, SRA and RA levels.
Cons
Lack of diversity especially in upper / senior management positions. Very few women and BIPOC in Director to C-level positions. We have lost quite a few exceptionally hard-working female and minority employees recently due to unfair promotion practices. Poor managers get rewarded with promotions even though most employees know it is because of nepotism and not due to merit. Bonus points to those who are white and extra bonus points if you are male. Company reorgs happen with very little notice leaving the affected employees scrambling to pick up the pieces and plan on the fly.
