      Pros

      I enjoy many things about shared support south. I love the people we support. I appreciate a lot of the support I get from my supervisor and other aspects of my job.

      Cons

      outside of work relationships and how they affect inside of work behavior. I believe certain standards are held for some based of off the relationship that was built outside the workplace. I believe this plays into favoritism between management, creating an uncomfortable position when reporting mistreatment.

      Pros

      The Well-being of the clients Great activities offered for clients and families to participate in. Shared Wellness is a wonderful retreat for many clients and they enjoy it very much.

      Management/Supervisor support Overall communication lacking in most areas of the company Better technology applications

      Pros

      I don't have 150 characters worth of commentary. I like Jeff Hyson. I like the activities he creates. The pay is ok although most local agencies with less violent clients pay $18.

      Cons

      Stop threatening jobs in emails if paperwork is missed. Ask people to complete the paperwork with out the threat of Job loss.
