I enjoy many things about shared support south. I love the people we support. I appreciate a lot of the support I get from my supervisor and other aspects of my job.

outside of work relationships and how they affect inside of work behavior. I believe certain standards are held for some based of off the relationship that was built outside the workplace. I believe this plays into favoritism between management, creating an uncomfortable position when reporting mistreatment.
