Pros
The management and HR teams are supportive when it comes to growth. If you perform, you won't have to fight hard to get promoted generally. Benefits are good, especially flexibility to work from anywhere part of the year and some WFH (hybrid).
Cons
There's been a lot of uncertainty recently following the merger with Equativ, which is to be expected when M&As happen, but that creates tensions between some people as everyone is trying to find their new place in the company. It also led to layoffs in a company that already had minimal workforce.
