We take concerns related to equipment condition, maintenance practices, and safety compliance very seriously. Sharkey Transportation operates under federal and state regulations, and our equipment and operations are subject to routine inspections, documentation requirements, and oversight. Drivers are encouraged to report any equipment issues during pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and equipment that does not meet standards is addressed through established maintenance and compliance processes.
We also want to clarify that drivers are not expected to operate unsafe or non-compliant equipment. Safety decisions, inspections, and responsibility are handled through defined procedures designed to protect drivers, the public, and the company.
Sharkey Transportation has been in business since 1971, and longevity in this industry requires consistent compliance, accountability, and ongoing investment.
